Let’s work together!

Both, in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and in the Province of Buenos Aires, the law establishes that any document in a foreign language that should be submitted to an Argentine public, legal or administrative agency, entity or organization should be accompanied by its translation.

A Sworn translator is the only licensed professional authorized to carry out this type of job as with the seal and signature certifies the translation and holds ethically and legally accountable for it. In this way, a translation becomes a public document. Nevertheless, it is important to highlight that said translation must be authenticated by the Association of Sworn Translators of the City of Buenos Aires (CTPCBA, for its acronym in Spanish) or by the Association of Sworn Translators and Interpreters of the Province of Buenos Aires (CTPIPBA, for its acronym in Spanish). This authentication accredits that the signature and seal correspond to a licensed translator and that the document complies with all required formalities.

Sworn translations are very complex and they need to be done by a specialist. Contact me if you have any questions.
